How long is the contract?

We offer 11-month contracts. Ask us about the exact start date and terms for your room.

What is included in the rent?

The rent includes the room, furniture, fire insurance, cleaning of shared areas and waste bin collection. Monthly utilities charges, the one-off internet charge and the deposit are not included. The amounts are shown for each room.

What do the monthly charges cover?

The monthly charges are an advance payment for electricity, heating, water consumption and rental of electricity, water and gas meters. The advance payment varies by room; you will find the amount on the room’s page.

How are utility costs settled?

On 15 January and at the end of the academic year, we settle the costs based on actual consumption. If you used less, the difference is refunded. If you used more, you are charged the difference.
